Keeping the Lights On

My day job is in the energy business. I do my part to keep the lights on and air conditioners running (an important thing in Arizona). I created this cocktail in honor of the men and women who work tirelessly in every kind of weather to ensure that we stay warm & dry with our cell phones charged and netflix powered on.

• 2 ounces vodka (I like Deep Eddy)
• 2 ounces Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur
• 1 ounce Yellow Chartreuse
• 4 dashes orange bitters

Mix over ice for 30 seconds serve up or on the rocks. If you have one of these awesome lightbulbs I definitely recommend using that! The rosemary garnish is optional but it adds a nice savory touch.
