The Hardest Working Glassware

The Hardest Working Glassware

I got a set of these Elevated Craft hybrid cocktail glasses for Christmas this year and I am completely obsessed. Being someone who serves a lot of cocktails in a scorching hot climate like Phoenix glassware is a constant battle. Especially because we like to drink around the pool, so we need to be careful about glass. I mostly rely on 10oz Yeti Tumblers. They work well, are dishwasher safe and have a lid so I can put in a large rock and keep drinks cold for longer without too much dilution. But they lack a lot from a design perspective. Putting a gorgeous cocktail in a Yeti feels a little defeating.

This glassware made by Elevated Craft really takes it all to the next level. The glass is borosilicate with measurement markings inside it so you can make a drink right in the cup. The glass portion is dishwasher safe. They suggest freezing the glassware first and then putting them in the double wall insulated holder to serve. The insulated base kept it cold for hours. A single 2” cube lasted for 4 hours through 4 separate drinks being poured in over the top of it. To be clear I did make the cocktails first, chill them over ice then pour into the glasses and it was only in the mid 70’s today. The design also just feels so much more elegant than a metal Yeti! They are a little spendy, but I think totally worth it. I absolutely recommend.
